Business Insider names the Porsche Panamera as the Car of the Year in 2017. The Panamera beat 14 other finalists of the finest supercars. Among the other cars, this Porsche sedan beat the 2017 Aston Martin DB11, The 2017 Ferrari GTC4 Lusso, and the 2018 Lexus LC 500/LC 500h. As part of the criteria, all models must have been road-tested by at least two members of the Business Insider team to qualify.
After testing two versions of the Porsche Panamera, the Turbo and the 4S, they were blown away by this luxury sedan’s poise, power, and style. Even after trying all sorts of models, from SUVs and trucks to the Tesla Model 3, they couldn’t get the Panamera out of their heads, stating that the Porsche Panamera, “stays with you.”
