Porsche is ever-improving the way customers can connect with the brand and most importantly, their vehicles. Recently, Tech Live Look was created by Porsche as an Augmented Reality technology design to improve technical service at Porsche dealerships in the United States.

Tech Live Look takes users into a high-tech projection that will show fine details (such as the threading on screws) within a Porsche model. Lightweight smart glasses show a “see what I see” video-conference that enables quick identification of any technical issues within a car. Tech Live Look can do much more than just provide real-time video capability. It allows the technical support team to take screenshots or send technical bulletins and instructions onto the projection surface of the glasses while the service technician is working on the vehicle. This type of information exchange is far more efficient than sending emails and photos or explaining complex technical issues over the phone. Porsche continues to make being Porsche customer an exciting experience!

Looking forward to experiencing the Tech Live Look technology by Porsche? We encourage you to visit us at indiGO Auto Group’s Porsche St. Louis.

Porsche always seeks to please and wow their customers. Porsche took on the task of creating an all-new package for their GT3 that was unveiled at the 67th International Motor Show in Frankfurt.

The touring package paired with the 911 GT3 sits on forged center-lock alloy wheels, and the extended rear spoiler from the 911 Carrera models are equipped with an aerodynamic lip finished in the car’s body color. The ratios of the six gears are precisely tuned to the power delivery and torque curve of the engine. An automatic rev-match feature delivers the exciting and iconic Porsche sound on downshifts. This function is activated via the “Sport” button on the center console, which enables a faster synchronization of the gears while driving in this mode.

The Touring Package option is now available to order and is expected to reach U.S. dealers in early 2018.

Porsche has continued to make exciting new changes to the Cayenne models, creating new experiences for drivers each year. Two models will be available for the 2019 model year—the Cayenne and the Cayenne S. In 2003, Porsche launched the very first Cayenne, and the model has continued to evolve over the past 15-plus years. The interior will feature the state-of-the-art infotainment systems found in the 2017 redesign of the Porsche Panamera. The new Cayennes are available now for pre-order and are scheduled to reach dealerships in the United States in mid-2018.

Of the updates to the new model, Porsche highlights, “Among the many changes, optional rear-axle steering creates a virtual reduction of the wheelbase at low speeds and a virtual lengthening at high speeds for improved agility and stability. Available Porsche Surface Coated Brakes (PSCB) offer even greater stopping power and reduced brake wear. Every new generation Cayenne model will come with a turbocharged powertrain and all-wheel drive that complement the new lighter weight platform.”

The 2019 Cayenne sees improvement in performance, technology, and design. Check out the current Cayenne and Cayenne S SUVs or pre-order the 2019 model today at indiGO Auto Group’s Porsche St. Louis.
